Actor & Business Headshot Sessions – Pricing

Holly conducts Nashville headshot photography sessions for child and adult actors, musicians, and business professionals.

$100 for each additional person/look over four.  Sessions of more than one person to be completed back to back (same location/time) for reduced rate.  Child actor head shots are booked as two back to back sessions.  Sales tax applies.  Session fee due upon booking.

One session (person/look) includes:

• One 10-15 minute session (one outfit/look)
• Post editing of the images (minor retouching included*)
• 5-10 images shown in an online gallery.
• Five digital images of your choice (color and black & white files)
• Additional files or prints purchased separately.

If you are wanting two outfits or looks, feel free to book two sessions back to back.  You will also receive twice the time and pictures.  A travel fee will be added for locations more than 20 miles from Southeast Franklin (30 miles for three or more headshots).

Headshot sessions can be formal with a backdrop or casual at an outdoor location or place of business.  Holly will come to your business location, using natural light or set up lighting equipment if needed.  If they are done indoors with equipment, she will need a space that is approximately 10×10 feet.  

Digital image files are high resolution and cropped to a 4×5 ratio.  A print/usage release will be included.  The files can be used online or in work related documents.  Additional digital images may be purchased for $20 each.   Prints start at $35 for a 4×6.

*Retouching:  Minor retouching of the image is included.  Holly does smooth skin and remove blemishes on final images.  Anything more than a small scratch or a few blemishes could incur an additional fee.  Contact Holly with any concerns.

The images will be processed and be available for viewing online within one week.  Files will be delivered via email within 48 hours of Holly receiving the chosen image numbers.  Images from your session will be kept on file for one year.
